Lightconcept developed for the cityring of Tilburg resulting in a high quality luminaire named 'Cercle'. The at random implementation of the luminiares and tilted disc will give the cityring an original and dynamic caracter. The integrated LED supplied the disc with a coloured glow just before the main lightsource is lighted.
